Meeting in Warsaw marked a crucial phase of the project

The latest meeting in Warsaw brought together representatives from the Czech Republic, Sweden, Switzerland, Finland, Germany, Slovakia, Poland, Denmark, and Spain. This gathering marked a crucial phase as the project approaches its conclusion in December 2023. Based on the previous evaluations of the mentee countries the discussions centered, on the selection of the crucial activities and developing customized solutions for each of them. The focus now shifts to creating a clear and transparent "Action Plan" derived from the strengths and weaknesses analysis.  

"Following the meeting, the responsibility now lies on our national federation to develop these action plans throughout September and October. Seeking advice and support from mentor countries will be a key step in this process. We are optimistic that this project will serve as a turning point, bringing about positive changes in the way the federation operates and the sport develops," says Juan Antonio Eiroa, the Spanish representative in the project.

In summary, the Erasmus+ funded project "Floorball Fit For Future" has become a catalyst for positive change within the floorball community. The collaborative efforts, development tools, and strategic plans developed during these meetings promise a brighter future for floorball, emphasizing transparency, inclusivity, and sustainable growth.
