Sharing Experience and Ensuring Continuity during Berlin Meeting
In Berlin, a crucial meeting was held to support the development of the Floorball: Fit For Future project. Stakeholders representing a consortium of countries including the Czech Republic, Switzerland, Sweden, Poland, Germany, Denmark, Slovakia and Spain, together with the International Floorball Federation (IFF) and the Finnish Floorball Federation, met to discuss the benefits of the project and the next phase of cooperation.
At the forefront of the discussions was the development of a comprehesive framework for adapting individual action plans for each federation. Discussions also focused on strategies to expand the project to other countries while ensuring a smooth continuation of the efforts initiated by the 4F project group.
In recent years, the Floorball: Fit For Future project, primarily funded by the European Union's Erasmus+ Sport programme, has produced significant results. Looking to the future, these initiatives are poised to shape the direction of floorball nationally and internationally. An unwavering commitment to collective progress sets the stage for a transformational era for the sport. The implementation of the tools and strategies developed during these meetings will be key to the direction of floorball in the coming decade. The shared commitment and spirit of cooperation that has emerged from these efforts bodes well for the continued growth and prosperity of floorball worldwide.
